NCTRC is committed to providing a high quality program of therapeutic riding activities but we need help! Here’s what you can do…
Make a tax-deductible donation to NCTRC that can be used to support one of our therapy horses or provide financial assistance for one of our riders. Mail your check to NCTRC, P.O. Box 841, Carrboro, NC 27510.
Board of Directors participation. If you are interested and have skills and experience that would benefit our program in areas of fundraising, public relations, program management, parental input, then we'd love to talk with you about becoming a member of our board. Contact our Board President Lara Katz for more information.

Participate in Southern States SHOW Program. Clip the proof of purchase seals on Southern States horse feed bags and mail to NCTRC. NCTRC raises hundreds of dollars each year with this program. Contact Margie Muenzer to learn more about the SHOW Program.
Loan or donate a horse to NCTRC—prospective horses are screened by NCTRC staff for suitability as a therapy horse. Contact our Program Director if you have a possible loaner or donation horse or pony.
Help sell tickets at the CDI***/Raleigh dressage horse show at the NC State Fairgrounds in early June each year.
Become an instructor with NCTRC. We will help you along the road to certification through the North American Riding for the Handicapped Association. Email our Program Director for more info.
Donate used tack or riding apparel in good condition.
